Digital/digital transmodulation of a transponder on the 1st IF
Satellite band (950 ÷ 2150 MHz) modulated in QPSK or 8PSK to a
channel modulated in COFDM on the 47 ÷ 862 MHz band.
De-encyrption of one or more services when CAM+Smart Card are
inserted (CI model).
APPLICATION
8000 Series XPSK/COFDM processing. It allows receiving Satellite TV
programmes in the original format (SD, HD, Subtitling…) directly through DTT
receivers embedded in SD, HD Ready and Full HD screens or through a
standalone DTT receiver.
FEATURES
 Selection of services of interest at the output, adapting the transport stream.
 Output mux free capacity measurement in order not to exceed it.
 Opening of the scrambled services with the CI models. The Twin model allows
opening services from both inputs.
 Transport Stream processing:
 DVB-SI table regeneration: table version edition.
 Nit table regeneration in the module and installation levels.
 Transport Stream parameters edition: tsid, onid.
 Service parameters edition: name and service identifier (SID).
 Network parameters edition: name and network identifier (NID).
 LCN (Logic Chanel Number) edition.
 PID filtering, for eliminating the not interesting PID or fixing a PID Audio.
 Transport Stream frame correction and output MER regeneration.
 Upgradable software through control unit MCU/LPU.
